Greetings from our Founder-
Dear Friend:
The following serves to introduce you to The People's Cathedral and to give you a better understanding of the various ministries of the Church. God has been good to us over the years since our Church was opened in 1965. As a result of God's blessing, the People's Cathedral has one of, if not, the largest weekly attendance of any Church in the West Indies.
We are a PEOPLE Church. We believe in people; Jesus died for people. Every department and ministry of the Church is geared to people, the meeting of their needs and getting them established and involved in the Church family.
We are a FAMILY Church. Our focus is the family - from babies to the elderly. We believe strongly that the Church has a divine responsibility to minister to every member of the family. We take this responsibility seriously.
We are a BIBLE Church. We believe the Bible is God's Word and so all of our preaching, teaching and ministering is based on God's Word, not human philosophy or opinion.
We are a MISSIONARY Church. Our church is involved in worldwide outreach with very effective ministries to Russia, China, India, Africa, etc; and a daily radio ministry that reaches millions.
We are a HAPPY Church. I don't think you will find a happier bunch of people anywhere. The joy, excitement and enthusiasm of The People's Cathedral is nationally recognized. Many a visitor has been surprised to see many hundreds of happy young people in one place.
Remember....the Church that is ALIVE is worth the DRIVE!
